Mary-Clare Hill has joined the Pacific Sotheby’s International Leadership Team as Director of Training & Agent Development and Assistant Manager for the San Diego region. In this role, Hill will assist Ryan Secrist, Vice President and General Manager for San Diego County, in overseeing sales growth, recruitment, and agent training for the company.

Prior to relocating to San Diego, Hill served as the Director of Training and Agent Development at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in Dallas, where she developed both in-classroom and webinar-based training curriculum for the company’s 400 luxury real estate professionals. Additionally, she built a live and on-demand Learning Management System and provided one-on-one coaching and business planning with agents to help increase their sales productivity.
