With more than 28 years experience in the acquisition and marketing of architecture, estates, and country club properties, Gregg Fletcher brings a level of passion and professionalism to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty rarely seen in today’s competitive marketplace.
A leading authority in the Desert market, Gregg believes in taking a highly personalized, “helicopter approach” to real estate, recognizing gaps and opportunities while tailoring his strategy to suit his clients’ unique wants and needs. Whether buying or selling, this approach ensures that each client’s primary objective is achieved and often results in a savings of thousands—if not millions—of dollars.
A fourth-generation Texan and the only one in his family to ever leave the Lone Star State, Gregg completed his formal education at the University of Texas Pan American before moving to California. After an early career with the law firm O’Melveny & Myers, a stint with advertising giant J. Walter Thompson, and several years in Los Angeles real estate with Deasy/Penner & Partners, Gregg, drawn to the beauty and range of the California desert, moved his business to the Palm Springs area. Armed with stellar negotiating skills and extensive marketing experience, Gregg quickly established himself as one of the most sought-after agents in the desert area. He joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019, sharing in the company’s belief that great architecture and design has the ability to evoke emotion and bring beauty to one’s life.
“I am extremely excited to align my business with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty,” says Gregg. “The dynamic local leadership, combined with the brand’s centuries-long reputation as the authority in luxury real estate benefits me and my clients by providing unparalleled marketing and exposure to markets worldwide. That coupled with its affiliation with the preeminent auction house make Sotheby’s International Realty the only real choice for clients seeking representation.”
Gregg’s extensive market contacts and rich local knowledge help ensure consistently successful transactions. His clients, many of whom are celebrities, business leaders, notable personalities, and local families, benefit from his strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism.
When he’s not buying and selling on his clients’ behalf, Gregg enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and playing golf. He is involved with the Palm Springs Art Museum, Desert AIDS Project, Human Rights Campaign, and a number of animal rights charities.
