With the recent opening of two new offices in North County San Diego and another scheduled for Spring 2022 in Downtown San Diego, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty has redesigned the traditional real estate office into a modern gallery space modeled around peer collaboration and open and inviting workspaces designed to energize, engage and create a sense of company culture.
The events of the past two years gave the company the opportunity to evaluate how its industry has changed: How real estate agents work and how they connect with clients, their peers, and their brokerage as a whole. The traditional model of the large cubicle-filled real estate office no longer supports the needs of the agents as well as the bottom line of the brokerage.

It was time for a change.”
