September was a busy month for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Agents of Change. Two Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty teams with great big hearts funded and built two new homes in Tijuana this past month.

Joel Tarquin and his team with the Larios Tirado Family

Inspired from a recent home-building trip to Baja with his daughter, Joel Tarquin from Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Carlsbad office was inspired to raise funds and bring a team together to go back. On Saturday, September 28th the team headed to Tijuana to build a home for the Family.

At the same time, another group of agents from Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty headed to Tijuana to build a home for the Avila Garcia family. “Bella’s Build” was spearheaded by Carlos Gutierrez, who joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s La Jolla office in May and was so moved by the Agents of Change program that he completely funded the building of a home in honor of his daughter Bella’s birthday. The team consisted of co-workers, friends, family and even little Bella – proving you are never too young to lend a helping hand.

Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty believes that homeownership is the foundation that gives people the chance for a better life. To learn more about Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Agents of Change program and see how you can get involved visit
