The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) released its ninth annual Top 250 Latino Agents Report recognizing outstanding Latino real estate agents and teams from around the country. This year’s report includes rankings of top individual agents, top Latino teams, and top agents by major market regions, representing over $6.86 billion in combined sales volume in 2019.
Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to congratulate Ilana Huff from the company’s San Elijo/San Marcos office, Mark Marquez from the Inland Corridor office, and Carlos Gutierrez III from the La Jolla office who were all recognized in the report. These hard-working agents are set apart from the over 115,000 Latinos in real estate throughout the Country.
- Ilana Huff was ranked 16th in the Country for sales volume, 149th in the Country for transaction sides, and 38th in the West for transaction sides.
- Mark Marquez was ranked 8th in the Country for sales volume.
- Carlos Gutierrez III was ranked 66th in the Country for sales volume and 100th in the West for transaction sides.

In its ninth year of publication, the report recognizes agents whose hard work and dedication have led them to close an outstanding number of transactions in an effort to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country. Recognition of the agents who carry out the NAHREP mission of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country has been a priority for NAHREP since the inception of the Top 250 award program in 2012. The listing of the Top 250 Latino Agents in America is compiled through broker affirmed self-nomination and recognizes the nation’s most successful agents and brokers for their residential real estate transactions.
