On Wednesday, November 8, 2017, over 100 guests packed Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s global headquarters in La Jolla for the opportunity to hear Los Angeles Contemporary Architect Roman James speak about his first project in San Diego: SUMMIT HOUSE.
Hosted by the O’Byrne Team, DiversyFund, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and RJ Design & Build, this three-hour architectural symposium was a chance for colleagues and clients and to see what the hype is all about with Roman James, DiversyFund and the upcoming project SUMMIT HOUSE.
Scheduled to be completed Winter 2017, SUMMIT HOUSE represents a new apex for local architecture and positions La Jolla as a major player in ultra high-end real estate. The project is a collaboration between James and DiversyFund, a crowdfunding platform that works with individual investors on major real estate developments and investments.
SUMMIT HOUSE is coming at a time when Roman is designing over $1 billion in homes and DiversyFund is breaking records all over the United States with their new platform. Architect Roman James has reached true rock star status on a global stage by building some of the most daring and cutting-edge contemporary projects. His record-setting homes in Beverly Hills have sold for as much as $70 million dollars, including the famous 1181 Hillcrest home that sparked a bidding war between Jay-Z and Beyonce and a tech-billionaire (spoiler alert: the tech-billionaire won!)
SUMMIT HOUSE is one of the more exciting homes that we have ever been able to represent, says Seth O’Byrne, President, O’Byrne Team. Roman is making waves all over California and it is a tremendous honor to work on a project of this caliber here in La Jolla.
