
Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Tiffany Torgan, founder of Harcourts Prestige Properties Brokerage, has joined the company as a Broker/Associate in their global headquarters in La Jolla, California. With a career spanning over 25 years, Tiffany is well recognized within the industry for her leadership, knowledge, and expertise in the real estate market.

After a successful real estate career in Texas, which included spending seven consecutive years as Centex Home’s top-producing selling agent, as well as selling over $25 million in real estate transactions as an independent Realtor, all from a successful website-based business, she established, Tiffany relocated to San Diego, CA bringing her Internet-based business with her to the San Diego market. Throughout her career, Tiffany has closed deals on more than 1,200 homes and has worked closely with hundreds of families, diligently assisting them with every last detail of their transactions.
After obtaining her California Broker’s license in July of 2002, Tiffany founded Prestige Properties Realty, Inc. and then went on to establish the Harcourts Prestige Properties Brokerage in La Jolla, CA. The first Harcourts International Real Estate office in the City of San Diego in 2011.
After 18 successful years in leadership, Tiffany decided to transition back to her passion for selling real estate full-time. She chose to align with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty to continue to offer her clients access to best in class technology, exclusive marketing opportunities, and the global presence of the Sotheby’s International Realty network.
