About Vivian Lee
A Chicago native, Vivian came to San Diego in 1972 to attend California Western University, Point Loma. Her final two years were spent in Mexico City, allowing her to complete a degree in Spanish Literature from the Universidad Internacional de México. Fluent in Spanish, she joined American Airlines as a flight attendant, flying international trips out of Chicago.
In 1978, armed with an Illinois real estate license, she lived and worked in Chicago’s Gold Coast, representing premier properties along iconic Lake Shore Drive, State Parkway and Astor Street. Selling luxury real estate in Southern California was the next step. The family moved to Rancho Santa Fe in 1982, when her husband entered the thoroughbred horse industry. In 1985, she became licensed in California and began a new career in San Diego’s North County.
Vivian has been a concierge agent for over 25 years, providing highly personalized service. She actively participates in preparing a property for market, from initial assessment and recommendations, to staging and landscape assistance. She holds a California Broker’s License and is proud to be associated with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, serving Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Del Mar, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas and Carlsbad.
In 2017 and 2018, Vivian qualified as one of only ten finalists in the " San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll ," which included agent nominations throughout all of San Diego Count
