Troya Montgomery embodies nearly a 30-year pedigree of impressive real estate industry leasing and sales, encompassing virtually all aspects of front-line operations to executive-level leadership.
Prior to commencing her real estate brokerage career in 2011, which started by impromptu personal invitation to a top-producing luxury brokerage team culminating with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Troya served for 10-years as Vice President of Property Management for regionally renown and universally acclaimed Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Joining IAC's Executive Team in 2001, Troya had ultimate supervisory responsibility for ~14,500 Stabilized and Lease-Up Luxury Apartment Homes throughout Orange and San Diego Counties —a portfolio valued at roughly $4 Billion and generating annual revenues in excess of $250 Million. The culmination of Troya’s accomplished IAC tenure was her integral involvement in the conceptual design to operational completion of both The Village and The Park at Irvine Spectrum [3000 Total Units], which remain amongst Irvine’s most impressive “live—work—play” undertakings to date.
Regardless of the real estate venue, Troya offers a proven track record for inspiring swift action and for creating top–tier results—she approaches everyone she serves and everything she does from her innate “heart for people” and “passion for excellence”. Her warm and engaging demeanor creates instant connections, while her integrity and strong work ethic sustains lasting partnerships. Troya is known for her rich style, creative flair, meticulous eye and genuine "my pleasure" customer service commitment. Her refreshing “old school” focus on quality collaboration versus quantity production are the foundation for her relationship based and referral driven business model.
Troya has a unique instinct and true passion for the astute clientele and custom nuances of her specialty area of Newport Coast—particularly The Pelicans—the “crown jewel” of our acclaimed Orange Riviera and a coveted locale where she is well known and widely respected by clients and competitors alike.
An authentic “one in a million” agent of choice, Troya earned her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Psychology from Connecticut College in 1985, and has maintained her California Bureau of Real Estate Sales License since 1994.
