I am a realtor who specializes in marketing and selling probate, successor trustee and conservatorship properties. Together with my real estate partner, Caroline Glasner (who is also an attorney) we have developed excellent working relationships with estate planning attorneys, professional private fiduciaries and financial planners to assist their clients in selling these complex types of properties. Many of our clients are selling family homes in San Diego but live outside California or outside the United States so they trust us to handle the property for them. We are well-versed on the Probate and Trust rules and how they impact real estate sales requirements.
Every property has a unique story and we spend time with our clients to understand the history of the home and to find the ideal buyer. Being affiliated with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, a luxury brokerage, we have an exceptional level of national and international marketing available for our clients and are able to draw upon a truly global network of contacts to find the most highly qualified buyers. We represent one side only in a real estate transaction so that we can take care of our clients’ interest to the fullest.
We grew up in Point Loma with the real estate profession all around us. Our father, a retired U.S. Navy Captain, developed office buildings in Mission Valley and my mother, a real estate agent, specialized in residential properties in Point Loma. After living in New York and Los Angeles, I returned to San Diego in 2004 to launch my own real estate career at Pacific Sotheby’s in Point Loma and to work with Caroline.
Inspired by our passion for Point Loma’s incredible architectural gems, in 2015 Caroline and I launched the Point Loma Architecture Series. It features quarterly talks with noted San Diego architects and art historians. Our knowledge of local architecture is especially beneficial for us to successfully list and sell exceptional properties in Coastal San Diego.
