Matt is a true Southern Gentleman raised on the principles of authenticity, courtesy, and respect for others. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1999 with a double major in Marketing and Business, Matt packed his car and pioneered West to pursue his dreams. Just two weeks later he was hired as part of Universal Studios Recreation Group's Interactive Marketing team. At Universal, Matt was responsible for coordinating with both internal and external creative agencies to ensure projects remained on brand and on schedule. He also served as the key cross-divisional liaison on multiple synergy teams, co-branded promotions (Jurassic Park 3), and global technology implementation task forces.
In 2005, Matt returned to Virginia to help reinvent his family's regional DISH Network business. It was during this time that Matt and his wife purchased their first home. Unfortunately, the representation they received as first-time buyers left them feeling lost and overwhelmed. It was this experience and the ultimate sale of the house that sparked Matt to commit the rest of his professional career to real estate sales.
In 2013 Matt returned to California and launched his real estate career to fuse his business, marketing, and construction background with his passion for real estate. Matt prides himself on helping his clients realize their dreams and navigate necessary life changes with integrity and an authentic commitment to their success. He believes every home has a story to tell and develops well-organized and creative marketing strategies that reach a targeted audience to achieve his clients' goals and exceed their expectations.
