Julie’s passion for the real estate industry began at an early age growing up in a family real estate business environment. Originally from New England, she earned her real estate sales license in 1992 and quickly built a stellar reputation among her clients and business associates. Julie expanded her experience in the industry and began appraising real estate in 2001. She managed a successful real estate brokerage in Portland, Maine and was recruited in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in Portland, Maine.
From the East Coast to the West Coast, Julie cannot contain her love of the coastal lifestyle. She fell in love with the San Diego area when she brought her oldest son to attend college at the University of San Diego. After her middle and youngest sons also headed to Southern California to attend college, Julie and her husband followed. Purchasing a home in Carlsbad in 2017, she can often be found walking the beach, paddle boarding on the lagoon, enjoying the farmer’s markets and vibrant restaurant and arts scene in the Village.
