Born into a family of investors and real estate developers, Jerri’s knowledge of real estate investing, developing, flipping, negotiating and residential sales has grown over a lifetime of experience. As a young child, she rode horses alongside her father on a 10,000 acre working cattle ranch outside of Denver, listening intently as he taught her the value of the balance of preserving and protecting environmentally sensitive land while planning a stunning new housing development that met the growing needs of the city. She gravitated toward her father’s profession and earned her Broker’s license in night school during her senior year of high school. From there, she majored in Business Real Estate at the University of Colorado.
Jerri’s real estate career began in Southern California in 1986 in commercial brokerage selling land to homebuilders all over the Inland Empire. She spent the last 20 years buying, remodeling and flipping homes up and down the coast from Corona del Mar to San Juan Capistrano. Jerri is very active in philanthropy and is the founder of The Orphan Campaign, a (501c3) organization, which provides basic supplies to orphans abroad and local foster children. She works closely with the Orange County Social Services, Children and Family Services that is dedicated to supporting foster families and the children in their charge.
