Greg has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1990 and licensed Corporate Real Estate Officer since 1995. Greg’s 25+ years of experience have consistently served his clients well as he tenaciously pursues his client’s best interests.
For 22 years, Greg was the Broker/Owner of Re/Max Coastal Properties, where he earned the Re/Max Hall of Fame award and “Outstanding Brokerage Office of the Year” in 2013. In order to provide an expanded level of focus and service to his Seller and Buyer clients, in 2017 Greg sold his Real Estate Brokerage Company to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. Greg has remained as a Broker Associate with Pacific Sotheby’s and has leased the 2nd floor of his Ocean View office building to them so they can establish and grow the office in Pacific Beach, San Diego and surrounding coastal areas.
Penny Realty, Inc. operates out of the 1st floor of the same Ocean View office building. Greg has received a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of San Diego. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing has awarded Greg the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).He also has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (C.C.I.M) designation granted by the National Association of Realtors.
