Donna Pfanner has been honored with international recognition earned as a topproducing agent, but her greatest satisfaction comes from the pleasure she's had serving clients in southern California's breathtaking coastal communities. Pfanner is deeply knowledgeable about the area's amenities, schools and enclaves – particularly Three Arch Bay, where she has lived with her family since 2001, served a three year term on the Architectural Review Board, and was proudly invited to join the Pacific Sotheby's International Realty team with an office adjacent to Three Arch Bay servicing Laguna Beach, nearby Monarch Beach, and Dana Point.
Her success is a reflection of her ability to listen to clients, thoroughly understand their objectives, and focus energy on ensuring their goals are achieved, whether she's guiding first time buyers or developing a sales strategy targeted to Pacific Sotheby's international clientele. She's also earned a reputation for discretion and confidentiality – qualities that are essential in high-profile transactions, such as a private sale in Laguna Beach that was among the area's most prestigious. Donna is a skilled negotiator with over $240 million in closed transactions, including selling 40 homes in Three Arch Bay.
A graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in business management, Pfanner entered real estate in 2005 following a successful career in publishing with industry giants Condé Nast and Times Mirror. Her marketing, time management and negotiation skills quickly made her a standout in luxury real estate, with high client referral rates and repeat business and outstanding relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Donna enjoys volunteering in her community and school district where she served three years as a LBHS Cheer Booster Rep to help facilitate their fundraising efforts and team organization in addition to proudly supporting the SchoolPower Real Estate Honor Roll for the past four years that benefits the local school district.
