Don Conley has been a valued member of the Pacific Sotheby’s International Real Estate team since he joined the company as a Regional Branch Manager, sharing his expertise after personally handling over 2,000 transactions and managing over 10,000 in his illustrious 40+ year career. Change keeps people sharp and excited. In 2020 Don decided to go back to his first love, sales. He is now the team leader of The Conley Group based out of the Solana Beach office.
As a real estate veteran, Don is well known in the industry for his uncanny communication skills, relentless attention to detail, his unsurpassed knowledge of real estate and the communities of San Diego, particularly North County. With his involvement in this many real estate transactions, it is clear that he is an expert negotiator. His clients have entrusted their most important real estate transactions to Don who firmly believes that everyone should have a positive experience when buying and selling their home.
Don is the recipient of many awards and recognitions including Rookie of the Year and has reached the Top Ten in the Nation for sales (out of 63,000 agents) on three separate occasions. He also is a graduate of the Realtors Institute and is a Certified Residential Specialist, making him well versed and a leading expert in all fields of residential sales and income properties including 1031 Exchanges and Partnerships. Don’s background as a licensed general contractor has been a valuable resource for many of his clients.

In his spare time, Don enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and 13 grandchildren, building homes, off-roading, deep sea fishing and spending time at any one of San Diego’s incredible beaches.
