About David
Los Angeles native David Bader was born into a family of builders and architects that extends to his great-grandfathers. At an early age, he learned about craftsmanship, quality, and the importance of details and design to homes and communities. He obtained his real estate sales license at 20 and his broker's license at 23 becoming one of the youngest brokers in California.
David went to work for Shapell Industries selling new innovative communities in Porter Ranch. During his tenure there he sold 1200 homes. His responsibilities included the sale of these properties, pre qualifying home buyers, red lining floor plans, critiquing exterior elevations and making suggestions based on current architectural trends, forward plotting for future phases, how many of each plan to build depending on demand, pricing and finish packaging.
David's love of homes and architecture led him to the home resale market in Los Angeles and ultimately to the desert. Selling homes has allowed him to work with studio heads, writers, professors, attorneys and other professionals who were either sophisticated in their knowledge of architecture or with David's guidance just knew the right home when they saw it.
Whether you are new to the real estate market or are experienced sellers and buyers, you are in good hands with David because of his background and expertise in real estate. He believes the buying and selling of a home is first and foremost about the people involved in the transaction. It is his guidance through the sale process and the skill to help solve problems by listening and advising that protects your best interest. He understands that buying and selling a home is not only one of life's biggest events, but your home is also one of your most treasured possessions.
