An established REALTOR and former Keller Williams co-owner and broker, Chris Pettit has been a real estate professional since 1990. What she loves most about her career is helping her clients realize their dream of homeownership or home sale. Chris understands the importance of personal interaction and full service.
Chris is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and she earned her degree in Marketing, which she utilizes constantly as an agent, including to skillfully showcase, negotiate and advertise her clients’ properties. Only 4% of all REALTORS hold CRS designation.
Chris has a particular talent for representing luxury properties and international clientele. Chris represented buyers and sellers in Westport, CT and Sarasota, FL, and now in San Diego, CA. She is an avid world traveler, and along with living in San Diego the past ten years, Chris has also lived in Croatia, Italy, Japan, Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, and Florida. Her extensive travels and experiences with different cultures have helped Chris further cultivate her REALTOR expertise, including her strong communication and negotiation skills. She prides herself on patience, attentiveness, and focus on listening to and understanding her clients’ needs. She also speaks fluent Croatian as well as some Japanese.
These skills, when coupled with her passion, knowledge, and ability to problem-solve has afforded Chris a long and successful career in real estate. And Chris believes that it is important to give back. She supports the Christopher’s Foundation, bringing awareness and raising money to fight Juvenile Diabetes, and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Agents of Change.
When she is not working or traveling, Chris enjoys spending time with her two grown children and watching her four grandchildren play sports. She also loves oil painting.
Please feel free to reach out to Chris with any of your real estate needs and questions.
