With her knowledge of the real estate market, strong negotiating experience, a real estate finance education, and a passion for architecture and home design, Amy is ready to find you a great home or investment property. An agent with Scott-Finn & Associates of Pacific Sotheby’s in the Downtown San Diego office, Amy has unique knowledge of the Downtown, Little Italy and East Village condo markets. Amy also frequently works in the Point Loma, Ocean Beach and La Mesa areas, although she represents both buyers and sellers throughout the San Diego region.
Prior to Pacific Sotheby’s, Amy worked at Southwest Strategies, one of California’s most recognized and successful public affairs firms. While there, Amy led several successful political, community, and media outreach programs for large-scale residential and commercial real estate developers to secure land use entitlements. Additionally, Amy worked on housing and land use policy as a legislative assistant and projects director for a United States Senator in Washington, D.C.
Active in the San Diego community, Amy currently serves as the President for the Women’s Museum of California, Communications Co-chair for the Urban Land Institute San Diego-Tijuana and is a member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Amy has a Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development Certification from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Criminal Justice and Business from Indiana University. In her spare time, you will find Amy doing yoga at Law Street Beach, hiking Cowles Mountain, working on her landscaping, or eating at the newest restaurants with her supper club. Originally from the Midwest, Amy has lived in San Diego with her husband, a Navy veteran, for the last seven years, and they couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
