The thoroughness, precision, and diligence that Sana brings to every transaction quickly earns the complete trust of her clients. These qualities also translate into powerful negotiation skills when representing her clients throughout every step of a real estate transaction. As a seasoned data analyst who quickly and accurately assesses the valuation of properties combined with her keen understanding of contracts and terms, Sana is a formidable advocate for her clients. Above all, she is known for her integrity and always acting in the best interest of her clients.
Sana places a strong emphasis both on finding her clients the perfect homes and helping them gain equity by guiding them toward sound investments. Initially starting in remodeling homes and progressing to ground-up construction, she ultimately became one of two exclusive underwriters for all OC based deals for a developer responsible for the purchase of 8,000 homes in the last eight years. Over the years, she has developed a familiarity with building processes and costs, enabling her to more keenly vet deals to protect a client’s investments.
Prior to working in real estate, Sana spent several years in the education sector, during which she learned the importance of knowing and engaging her audience for effective communication. As a restaurateur, running her family’s quick-paced corporate cafe, Amarith, in Orange County, Sana mastered the balance of remaining flexible yet decisive under pressure, a skill that has translated seamlessly to her career in real estate. Additionally, the food service industry has honed her organizational skills as she constantly structures and systematizes every workflow for more efficiency.
Born and raised in Orange County, Sana holds a BA in English from Cal State Fullerton, as well as a teaching credential and MA in teaching from University of California, Irvine. A daughter of poor immigrants, Sana learned from her parents’ strong work ethic, tenacity, and strategic decision-making skills, which allowed them to amass several homes and businesses in spite of their humble beginnings.
When she’s not assisting her clients, Sana enjoys spending time with her four children, reading, hiking, bowling, playing tennis and volleyball. She is active with her local church, which helps feed and provide medical assistance to impoverished families in Cambodia.
