She fell in love with the downtown location and bought a residence at Watermark when she was Sales Manager there. Her partnership with Ann began in 1995 when she recommended Ann to sell the Harbor Club condominiums with her as the on-site agents. Ann had ten years of real estate experience as Downtown Residential Expert for Coldwell Banker.
After selling Harbor Club, they were recruited to Sell 464 Prospect, a development by Desert Troon, in an exclusive enclave of La Jolla. There, they continued to build on their reputation of selling the most luxurious condominiums at top dollar per square foot, but they always continued to sell downtown San Diego too and managed to have record breaking sales in both locals. After leaving 464 Prospect, they committed to downtown San Diego as their area of specialization and haven't left since!
