Mark Loscher began his real estate career 25 years ago in acquisition, land planning & entitlement, and sales. He is experienced in all types of real estate sales, mentoring, and coaching and has been involved with planning and selling a number of multi-million dollar properties. In 1998, Mark co-founded a local real estate company which grew into 8 offices and approximately 375 agents; then ranked by the San Diego Business Journal as the 4th largest in the county.
Over the last 16 years, Mark has been involved with nearly every aspect of the real estate industry, from sales to administration and management at all levels. He has hired, trained and motivated hundreds of agents. Mark is especially proud of being able to instill in his agents a spirit and commitment to give back to their local communities through community service projects. He truly enjoys helping everyone around him be more successful.
In addition to inspiring those in his professional career, Mark is a true inspiration to those in the San Diego Community and beyond. He has been involved in numerous community service projects in San Diego, including the Operation Hero program at the Camp Pendleton YMCA and as well as serving as the Chairman of the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos. Mark’s passion for community service has taken him across the globe to countries like Belize, Malawi and Haiti to help those in need. Mark’s goal, whether in business or community is to touch people’s lives in the most positive way.
