Growing up in Northern California, where her family a farm and cattle operation, Roblee Valentine’s love for horses began when she was a child. Competing in a variety of equestrian events, she developed a lifelong enthusiasm for this sport that continues to this day.
During this time, Roblee’s illustrious real estate career began as a teenager when she worked for her father’s real estate development company to earn extra money for her horse boarding bills. Here, she learned construction accounting, apartment leasing and management, sales and operations, home staging, as well as marketing and advertising. Her tenacity and exuberance led to combining her two passions, real estate and horses, into a result driven career.
Roblee spent the next two decades in Scottsdale, Arizona, gaining experience and market insight while learning all aspects of the ever-changing real estate industry working for Pacific Union Properties, GRZ&A Development Company and Resort Suites of Scottsdale. After selling her interests in 2001, she relocated to San Diego, where she had often competed and spent vacations with her family. In 2013, Roblee founded the top rated and highly respected firm The Ranch EQ, offering residential, commercial and equestrian services for her real estate clients. Recognized as the “Top Equestrian Firm,” in Rancho Santa Fe for two consecutive years, Roblee was hugely responsible for showcasing San Diego county as an ideal location for those eager to follow equestrian pursuits due to the variety of top trainers, veterinarians, nutritional experiences, showings and endless riding trails.
With her extensive real estate experience and unparalleled knowledge of the community, she was a natural to lead Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Equestrian Division giving clients a significant advantage when looking for horse properties, commercial ranches, farms and luxury estates.
Roblee is the Founder and CEO of the Equestrian Almanac and also writes the column, "Horsing Around.” She has been featured in Ranch and Coast Magazine, Pacific Coast Journal, Horseman’s News, West Coast Horsemen, and California Riding Magazine. She serves as Chairperson for the Teens, Dreams, and Jeans Penning Event, which raises funds to support the San Pasqual Academy, and will serve the Rancho Santa Fe Trail Committee for 2017.
