When someone is versatile, they're said to wear a lot of different hats. But in Melanie Hurwitz's case, it might be accurate to say she wears a lot of different shoes.
Melanie Hurwitz is one of the most adaptable people you'll ever meet. You might find her in her "dancing shoes" dancing the night away at a rock concert. On the other end of the spectrum, you could find her on her couch crocheting booties for her granddaughter. Or you might find her lacing up her sneakers in order to push herself to the limits in a 10K run. You might find her in her office in heels, or you might find her in work boots when surveying a ranch property in advance of putting it on the market. She excels in working with all types of properties and has a lot of experience working with relocating clients.
"I look for the best in everyone and I enjoy meeting and working with all different kinds of people. Building relationships and being flexible with my clients allows me to help them achieve their real estate goals."
In Melanie's 20 years of experience and her previous career in operation management for high-tech management companies, Melanie has seen and experienced many different scenarios, lending her a wealth of knowledge on which she draws to lead her clients to success. Also, not surprisingly, Melanie thrives on helping people and excels at keeping the whole process positive and upbeat. After listening carefully to your objectives, she'll do everything in her power to help achieve your goals, whether that means conducting research to solve land use issues or negotiating to get the best deal possible.
