Lindsay Dunlap joined Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in February 2015. Lindsay began her Real Estate career in 2003 in the Mortgage Business where she spent several years as a Financial Adviser, Loan Processor and Senior Loan Officer. She established and directed a Reverse Mortgage Division and excelled in company growth, sales and leadership.
In April 2007, Lindsay joined one of San Diego's top Real Estate Teams as the Sales Director and Marketing Specialist. With highly developed organization skills, efficiency, and enthusiasm, she quickly built a reputation in providing excellent service resulting in increased sales, customer satisfaction and client retention. In 2008, Lindsay became the team's Foreclosure and Short Sale specialist, overseeing hundreds of transactions from start to finish. Lindsay quickly transitioned to the Office and Team Manager and acted as the Listing and Closing Manager; achieving the Top 1% Real Estate Team in San Diego County 8 years consecutively.
With aspirations to sell extraordinary luxury homes, and service relationships countywide, Lindsay partnered with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, Del Mar in February 2015. Lindsay continues to thrive on professional ethics and courtesies, and above and beyond client relations and customer service. Today Lindsay heads a successful team in the Del Mar office. In January 2017, Lindsay received the Gold Recognition of Excellence Award by the San Diego Association of Realtors for an incredible year exceeding $30M in sales in 2016.
Lindsay graduated from California State University, San Marcos in May of 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Lindsay is a San Diego Native and enjoys playing and coaching soccer, watching football and live sporting events and spending time with friends and family.
