Barrett is a recent transplant to San Diego by way of the Lone Star State and has embraced his new hometown whole-heartedly. He has found San Diego to be his idea of paradise and regularly takes advantage of all the outdoor activities the city has to offer. Barrett serves on the board of the Del Mar Rotary Club and devotes as much time as he can fit into his schedule working with several of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Dieguito. In addition to his work in San Diego, Barrett enjoys accompanying his church in Austin on mission trips to Guatemala and is pursuing similar opportunities with his new church in Carlsbad, North Coast Cavalry Chapel.
Prior to working with Pacific Sotheby’s, Barrett worked for several years with a startup software company in Austin, TX doing PR work and beta testing for a new sales software platform. Much of his career has been spent in sales and hospitality and before venturing into the tech industry, he opened 5 restaurants in Houston suburbs and was a partner in a brownie company while in college. When he’s not working, Barrett can be found on one of the many golf courses throughout the city, taking day trips to Tijuana, or swimming at Black’s Beach.
Barrett has had a passion for real estate for years and spent a lifetime working with others and putting the needs of his clients before all else. He goes miles above and beyond what is required to ensure that anyone who works with him knows they are his utmost priority. He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty and is committed to helping his clients in any way accomplish their real estate goals. Barrett is grateful to be a part of such a renowned and respected real estate brokerage and would thrill to offer his help, real estate or otherwise, to any of his fellow San Diegans.
